At present, Europe is seeing it's most extensive snow cover since 2019. One to cause heated debate between the believers and non believers over global warming!

Very impressive cover across much of the northern hemisphere. Russia is completely covered, Canada looks good, and most of Europe is looking healthy for the first time in many years.

Seems to be a void across the States, of course plenty of winter remains.

Here in the Netherlands we had a decent snowpack up until the weekend, then the mild and rain arrived!

There has even been considerable falls of snow in southern Spain, at low levels too.

Some social media reported snow in Malaga, but it was false as it was hail and 10c!! It has been a very wet and colder than usual winter so far, much colder for some in Spain.

I read reports that the northern hemisphere is seeing some of the most extensive snow cover for decades. The recent winter storm in the US has deposited a healthy snowpack, the only area with little snow cover is western Europe. Imagine if the Earth rotated the other way!
